How much does a private sick note or medical certificate cost?
Our fees start from £45 for a remote consultation. Face-to-face consultations start from £60 with an ANP and £90 with a GP..
When is a face-to-face appointment required?
If your certificate relates to a physical health condition we’ll need to examine you in person. For non-physical reasons (such as mental health or other non-visible conditions) a remote consultation is usually sufficient.
How long can my sick note be issued for?
We can provide private sick notes for up to six months, subject to clinical assessment.
What types of medical certificates can you provide?
We can issue certificates for a wide range of circumstances including:
– University or school absence due to illness
– Exams or coursework extensions
– Gym or sports membership cancellations
– Travel insurance claims
– Housing or tenancy issues related to health
– General medical evidence for employers.
(We do not provide disability confirmation letters, fit-to-fly certificates, employee fitness-to-work certificates or certificates of good health for visas.)

How will I receive my certificate?
Once assessed and approved, your certificate will usually be sent to you securely by email or SMS the same day.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
We’re based in central Glasgow, easy to reach by public transport and with parking nearby. You’ll Please bring photo ID and any relevant medical evidence (such as test results, discharge summaries or medication lists) to help our clinicians complete your assessment quickly.
